Prepare and conduct simulator training in accordance with FARs, Training Policies, Manuals, and Company requirements. Facilitate pilot learning. Identify and report issues with company material through ERATA process in support of training program. Maintain course material and procedural integrity through self-study, skills practice, critique review, and instructor meetings. Perform other job duties as directed by Program Management.

Perform as Second in Command. Preflight of required paperwork and restrictions, conduct of safe flight, and all post flight duties are completed. Coordinated tasks to permit flight fueling, loading, passenger handling, etc. ensure conformity with company policies and procedures, FOM, FAR's, and CFR's. Participate in active CRM including with other operational departments. Maintain a professional image, including grooming standards and demeanor.
