In collaboration with DOS, continue to ensure all Pilot Instructors are fully trained, qualified, and remain current. As a Lead Center, review data from Customer requests, Airworthiness Directives and the aircraft manufacturers to determine their applicability for training and checking. Provide information and resources to individual Instructors in support of the conduct of Customer training. Interview prospective teammates, evaluate and recommend employment. Direct and facilitate departmental Standards meetings. Complete Performance Appraisal documents (6-month, annual, promotion) and conduct Performance Appraisal conferences with Teammates.

Train clients in the 525 CJ3+ and M2 platform. Integrate real world scenarios with training material to heighten client’s awareness and training. Assist team members when/where needed. Perform the duties of Lead Instructor where needed. Promote unity and keep a fun learning atmosphere for both instructors and clients. Willingly accept projects to assist in the growth and development of the 525 programs. Bring new ideas and perspectives to help increase performance within the center.

SIC on Embraer 135 for individual owner Part 91. Track weather trends and flight plan for upcoming trips. Assist AME mechanics with routine maintenance allowing better understanding of the aircraft. Aid PIC in providing quality customer service in all the owners needs. Currently working towards CFII instructor certificate. Provide students with real world experience to shape them into better and safe pilots while they obtain their certificates.

Flew national and international routes covering 32 different countries and complied with all flight rules in each location. Planned routes, altitudes and speeds to provide fastest, safest and smoothest flights for on-time arrivals and high levels of passenger satisfaction. Completed customs forms for entry into and out of foreign countries. Worked with customs agents to ensure all regulations were complied with.

Trained individual clients in art of aviation through theoretical and practical flight instruction. Verified safety of students while using aircrafts by performing regular inspections of aircrafts, checking weather reports and matching level of competence of students to complex training and instructions. Adjusted and aligned course material to meet individual needs. Developed lesson plans and conducted ground training modules, covering aircraft systems, including normal, abnormal and emergency operations. Collaborated with colleagues and improved teaching practices through professional learning communities and student retention meetings.
