Right place at right time event. I had a fresh Commercial certificate and 400 hours and company needed a contract pilot in a Pilatus PC-12 for a few trips. I flew 5 trips in right seat around East Coast. Flew as PIC (sole manipulator) on a dead leg. They hired a 1000 hour pilot shortly thereafter. Great experience for me. That solidified my decision to change careers. Been moving in that direction. I will commit 100% as soon as I get my CFI (expect December 2026)

Born and raised in SC. Graduated from Clemson University. Been a professional civil engineer since 1994. Married with 2 children and 1 grandchild. Had a passion for aviation since I was 9 years old. Soloed in high school. Flew off and on for years until I got more serious in 2023. Currently working on CFI (Dec 2026?) and transition to professional aviation at first opportunity.
