I served as Co-Captain with rotating Pilot-in-Command responsibilities for a B200 King Air configured as an ISR platform, operating under 14 CFR Part 91 in a Restricted category. This 54-day US Department of Defense contract supported an Australian Defense Ministry mission for open ocean maritime patrols in the economic zones of the 15 islands that comprise the Pacific Island Forum Fisheries Agency.

As PIC of two PA-31P aircraft equipped with STC-approved flare racks, I flew, either as single pilot or co captain on winter storm weather modification flights primarily under IFR conditions and in accordance with CFR Part 91 Restricted Category. Flights were planned along anticipated storm tracks near mountainous terrain and routes were coordinated via flight plans filed with ARTCC. Preflight tasks included fuel planning, fuel and flare loading and uploading planned routing into the GPS.

I piloted both C340A and PA31 aircraft. I flew the C340 in 14 CFR Part 91 and 135 charter operations and in Part 91 Restricted Category on a US Forest Service Call When Needed contract. I conducted flights under the ATGS supervisor’s direction, ensuring compliance with National Interagency Airspace Fire Traffic Area protocols and maintaining communications with inbound fire suppression aircraft and the Air Route Traffic Control Center. Duties flying the PA31 were similar to prior MedEvac jobs.

Hired to pilot a B1900C aircraft single pilot all weather Part 135 air cargo operation. Attended and completed B1900 Systems Ground School and the 40+ hours single pilot in command training with visual competency and instrument proficiency check in the B1900 Level D Simulator at Flight Safety International at KLGA. I flew left seat on 25 flight legs in 30 flight hours during air cargo training missions and performed all PIC preflight, in-flight, and post-flight duties and responsibilities.

As PIC fly C90B/B200 aircraft in single pilot MEDEVAC 14 CFR Part 135 Opns, conducting critical medical transport flights in rural areas of KS, NE, and CO. Ensure safe flight using CRM in thorough pre-flight crew briefings & planning (W&B, WX, DEP,ENR & DEST NOTAMS, air traffic activity, fuel & pax loading/unloading), in-flight operations(nav/com/ aircraft systems/ fuel mgmnt) and post-flight crew de-briefings, aircraft inspections, and next call readiness.

As PIC fly BE90/C90B aircraft in single pilot all weather MEDEVAC 14 CFR Part 135 conducting critical medical transport flights in rural areas of KS, NE, and CO. Ensure safe flight through thorough pre-flight crew briefings & planning (W&B, WX, DEP,ENR & DEST NOTAMS, air traffic activity, fuel & pax loading/unloading), in-flight operations(nav/coms, aircraft systems mgmnt) and post-flight crew de-briefings and aircraft inspections. Also conducted SIC training and post-MX test flights.

Flew as PIC of a 14 CFR Part 91 Restricted category C340 aircraft equipped with STC'd flare racks and dispensers flying on summer storm weather modification flights in North Dakota. Flights were subject to a 15 min call out to launch on storms approaching designated areas. Conducted pre-flight crew planning (W&B, WX, NOTAMS, air traffic activity, fuel and payload loading), assigned crew tasks, managed aircraft in-flight operations, conducted post-flight de-briefings and readiness for next call.

Flying a BE200 operating as 14 CFR Part 135 Air Charter & MEDEVAC providing critical care medical transport in New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. Duties included pre-flight briefings & planning (W&B, WX, DEP,ENR & DEST NOTAMS, air traffic activity, fuel and pax loading), in-flight operations(aircraft nav/com & fuel mgmnt) and post-flight crew de-briefings and aircraft inspections.

Hired as a pilot in a 14 CFR Part 135 air charter all weather 2 crew operations flying BE90Gti and C425 aircraft providing exclusive one customer executive transport into airports in New Mexico and Arizona. Responsible for pre-flight crew briefings & planning (W&B, WX, DEP,ENR & DEST NOTAMS, air traffic activity, fuel & pax loading/unloading), in-flight operations(nav/com opns & fuel mgmnt) and post-flight crew de-briefings, aircraft inspections, and next call readiness.

Ensured safe flight by conducting thorough pre-flight planning (W&B, WX, DEP,ENR & DEST NOTAMS, air traffic activity, cargo,fuel & pax loading/unloading), in-flight operations(nav/com opns & aircraft systems/ fuel mgmnt) and post-flight ,aircraft inspections, and next flight readiness.

Conduct Part 61 ground and flight training in and around the Phoenix Class B airspace for ab initio, commercial,and instrument flight student. Also provided flight reviews and instrument proficiency training to pilots in their own aircraft. Trained 6 students for successful FAA checkrides. Conduct sightseeing and photography flights as engaged.
