Part 135 PIC providing safe and efficient transportation to offshore facilities supporting the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) Agency. Serve as the Lead Pilot of two bases managing 5 aircraft and 6 pilots.

Provided the safe transportation of critically ill and injured patients to hospitals under a Part 135 HEMS program serving the Houston and Southeast Texas Region. Provided helicopter scene operation training to local emergency units.

Tower operator controlling all flight operations of military aircraft within a 5 NM radius of an underway vessel. Led a team of 45 sailors in charge of the maintenance, storage, and aircraft ground handling onboard the hangar of a military vessel.

Provided introductory helicopter training, instrument flight and regulations training, CRM training, instrument checks, simulator instruction, and ground school training to US and International Naval Student Aviators. Led the complete redesign of a Naval Helicopter Training Program syllabus as lead program manager, coordinating efforts with 21 instructors. Additional roles included Maintenance Test Pilot, Operations and Scheduling Manager, and Standardization Pilot.

Led a crew of four on multiple missions located in overwater and mountainous terrain. Trained and qualified SICs to successfully complete PIC and tactical syllabus. Served as an Operations Manager with a team of 10 officers and sailors handling daily flight schedules and long-term planning.
