Managed administrative operations for the Ryan Family YMCA, assisting hundreds of participating families across various programs. Processed and reconciled approximately $100K in monthly payments. Oversaw payment updates, refunds, third-party billing, chargebacks, non-sufficient fund collections, voucher creation, and tax documentation. Processed and filed registrations forms, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. Created multiple payment reports and program rosters, while analyzing them for any discrepancies and coordinating with program directors.
