Responsible for planning of the PC-24 and EMB-550 operations. Provide a positive and safe experience for all passengers from departure to arrival at the FBO. Mentor flight interns and right seat safety pilots on safe operations in the ATC system and on IFR related flight procedures.

Provide instruction through Initial Operation Experience to new First Officers and recently upgraded Captains to ensure a safe transition to their new role. Conduct Line checks on flight crew to ensure they are operating all flights according to standard operating procedures. Mentor recently onboarded First Officers and Captains for the company so the passengers are getting the safest and most rewarding experience on all flights.

Lead and command the flight crew to provide safe and efficient operation of all aircraft while providing the highest level of customer service to passengers. Properly implement crew resource management procedures to ensure a safe team environment for all flight crew members and passengers. Assist the Chief Pilot in mentoring First Officers.

Provide support to the Pilot In Command in flight planning and safety, and mitigation of operation challenges. Contribute as a crucial team member to provide exceptional customer service to passengers. Responsible for the assistance of safe and on time departure and arrival of all flights.

Responsible for the development of student's flight skills through ground and flight instruction. Adapt instruction material to fit the unique need of each student's progress and personal learning needs. Provide stage checks to determine student's progress and determine if the program is providing adequate instruction for the success of all students.
