Other duties: making sure customers are happy and well informed about the flight keeping the aircraft clean and well stocked for every flight. Part 121 operations MD80, 757, A320. Duties: Working with dispatchers to conduct safe and efficient flights throughout the United States and Hawaii. ETOPS qualified with over 100 crossings to Hawaii on the 757. Knowledge of FAA regulations company procedures policies and CRM Note: Early retirement

Part 121 operations BE 1900, ERJ-145 Regional transport operations throughout the United States and Canada. Gained experience flying turbo prop and jet aircraft.

Part 135 Operations PA-31. Grand Canyon Tours out of Las Vegas gained multi engine time and part 135 regulations and customer service experience

Flight instructor Chicago area multi engine and single engine developing flying skills, flight planning and overall situation awareness.
