Adapt to short-notice trips and varying operators. Focus on teamwork

Flight Operations: Plan routes, assess weather/fuel, conduct pre-flight inspections; act as PIC in challenging conditions (unpaved strips, high altitudes). Mission Support: Transport relief workers, supplies; coordinate with ground teams; ensure safe loading/unloading. Compliance & Safety: Maintain FAA/ICAO currency, adhere to ASFC SOPs; prioritize risk management in austere environments. Volunteer Duties: Fundraise/log hours; promote ASFC; zero pay—focus on service.
