Delivered seamless, attentive crewing support to corporate and private flight departments, assisting their full-time flight attendants as needed on all aircraft types including G600, G650 and Global 7500, among others. Catering varied between onboard cooking, catering, and restaurant-provided meals.

Instruct flight attendants, pilots, maintenance technicians, and aircraft owners, etc., on general emergency procedures, recurrent, and initial training. Teach initial flight attendants all aircraft and service procedures for private aircraft. Provide water ditching emergency information, unplanned and planned exit drills, and review FAA advisory circulars, NTSB reports, aviation SMS and SOPs, and other relevant subject matter for the most current training information and techniques.

Ensured cabin safety and bespoke service for owners by demonstrating OEM cabin equipment, coordinating global catering, overseeing cleanliness and inventory management, and ensuring passenger privacy and security. Instructional role included providing comprehensive training on large cabin aircraft systems, leading drills evaluation, and preparing flight attendant for onboarding, and collaborating with training teams and using digital tools for curriculum development and instructional support.

Provided service and safety procedures for managed-aircraft owners, and unscheduled charter and sub-charter customers; ordered and purchased the highest standards of quality and excellence in catering, food selection, preparation, and presentation on a global basis; maintained high-profile client confidentiality; adhered to company purchasing policies in the acquisition of aircraft supplies during trips; fulfilled personal concierge requests; and coordinating passenger itinerary and manifest.
