Provide safe and efficient transportation. Plan and execute flights in a single pilot environment in all types of conditions. Manage the finances and housing of the aircraft. Manage maintenance, inspections and logbooks of the aircraft. Wash and detail the aircraft on a regular basis. Handle all logistics for trips such as ground transportation and hotels for passengers.

Provide flight instruction, discovery, and scenic flights to our customers using the utmost amount of safety and respect under FAR Part 61. Engage students in pre and post flight briefings with an emphasis on meeting FAA Airman Certification and safety standards. Teach regulations, weather, airspace, aerodynamics, flight maneuvers, and safe Aeronautical Decision-Making practices. Provide leadership and guidance to our instructors, as well as conduct stage checks with students to determine their abilities before moving onto the next phase of training or practical exam.

Assigned team members to their stations and worked assigned stations while managing the shift and answering questions or complaints employees or customers might have. Worked all positions in the restaurant including butchering and preparing the meat for smoking each day. Monitored and cooked/smoked food each day and night.

Handle day-to-day operations at Louisiana Tech Flight Operations such as answer phone calls, make appointments, give tours to potential students and families, keep track of all maintenance and repairs, dispatch aircraft to individual students and check them into computer systems, track and keep in contact with multiple flights, distribute fuel cards while maintaining receipts of fuel and flight time, and input student's return in computer and finish necessary paperwork.

Handled all phone calls and appointments, answered questions of parents and potential students, cleaned, and maintained office, and helped keep up flight simulator.
