Mike Hilton

Captain of a Bombardier Challenger 650 aircraft in Part 91 operations across the U.S. and Europe under a U.S. Army contract, delivering exceptional safety and customer service, ensuring efficient mission accomplishment. Served as PIC and Lead Captain on a U.S. Army (ARMY ARL-E) contract supporting the upgrade of surveillance and intelligence-gathering systems on the Army RO-6A (Dash 8).

Led a Part 141 aviation training program covering private, instrument, commercial, multi-engine, and instructor pathways, with emphasis on helping military aviators transition successfully into civilian flying careers. Achieved an exceptional safety record and first-time student pass rate.

Served as pilot, instructor, scheduler, flight commander, operations officer, squadron commander, mission commander, and CAOC planner/current operations officer during a 20-year Air Force career. Performed roles as Mission Commander, Instructor Pilot, Evaluation Pilot, and Combat Pilot.
