-Served as the sole liaison between CBP Command and operations teams regarding staffing structure, recruitment, and retention. -Reviewed workforce data trends to identify recruitment and retention challenges among frontline & support staff within AMO. -Developed a 5-year strategy to address 500+ position vacancies stemming from attrition, retirements, and newly developed roles. -Delivered oversight and coordination of a 100K+ flight hour program supporting BE-200, P-3, and RQ-9
