Serve as the Lead Flight Instructor of EB Flight Training, assisting in the oversight of a team of 10 flight instructors and 5 airplanes in conjunction with management. Ensure that the highest quality of instruction and customer service is delivered to the clients of EB Flight Training. Ensure that company guidelines, Federal Aviation Regulations, professionalism, and safety are followed and maintained to the highest extent possible. I proudly provide guidance, mentorship, and advice to all EB Flight Training flight instructors and students, all while maintaining a positive attitude and a safe, positive training environment. Conduct flight instructor technical and flight interviews.

Provide flight and ground instruction under 14 CFR Part 61 for various certification and rating courses, including Private Pilot ASEL, Instrument Rating Airplane, Commercial Pilot ASEL, and Flight Instructor Add-on courses in a fleet of Cessna 172H, N, R models and Cessna 182S aircraft. Upon request, conduct Instrument Proficiency Checks, Biennial Flight Reviews, proficiency flights, and high performance endorsement training. Serve as one of three flight instructors designated to administer stage checks for students of all certificate levels in flight courses offered by EB Flight Training. Proudly maintain a 100% pass rate across FAA checkride signoffs.

Support aircraft owners through the entire process of purchasing, owning, safely operating their airplanes, to getting ready for sale. My focus is to simplify aircraft ownership and provide reliable, expert guidance every step of the way. Help owners evaluate aircraft options, review logs and maintenance histories, coordinate pre-buy inspections, and make informed decisions that match their mission and budget. Provide transition training, avionics instruction, and insurance-required checkouts in the owner’s aircraft. I also offer aircraft ferry services, whether ferrying the airplane to its new owner or to an avionics shop for upgrades. I assist and mentor owners in planning maintenance, selecting reputable shops, and staying ahead of inspections. I also advise on practical upgrades, STCs, and modifications that improve safety, capability, and long-term value.

Provided flight and ground instruction including, but not limited to, private pilot training, instrument airplane training, commercial pilot training, instrument proficiency checks, biennial flight reviews, complex endorsements, and refresher flights, under 14 CFR Part 61. I instructed in a fleet consisting of Cessna 172M, P, S, L models and Piper Arrows. In addition to offering flight and ground instruction, I was also authorized to conduct pre-solo checks of student pilots intending on conducting their first solo flight.

Assist the Dispatch Manager of the Advanced Flight Simulation Center within the flight department of the Embry - Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach campus. Assist with employee onboarding, employee hiring and termination, assist fellow administrators in final decision making, enforce company policies and procedures, and conduct any other tasks requested by the Dispatch Manager.

Dispatch flight simulator activities within the flight department of the Embry - Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach campus, at the Advanced Flight Simulation Center. My duties included the following: - Dispatch crews to AATD, FTD, and FFS flight simulator activities. - Train and educate new hire staff. - Inform simulator technicians of discrepancies reported with simulators. - Answer and make phone calls. - Check in, ramp in, and ramp out scheduled simulator activities. - Adjust times and modules of scheduled simulator activities per request of the instructor. - Promote a safe, clean, positive, and welcome environment.
