Command worldwide ultra-long-range corporate and VVIP operations on the Bombardier Global 7500, operating to the highest standards of safety, professionalism and operational excellence. Exercise full command responsibility for aircraft, passengers, flight and cabin crew, ensuring exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance and sound operational decision-making. Lead all phases of international flight operations, including strategic mission planning, risk assessment, flight execution and post-flight review across diverse global operating environments. Ensure continuous compliance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs), State regulations, company policies and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements. Led the acquisition, delivery and Entry Into Service (EIS) of Bombardier Global 7500 and Global 6000 aircraft supporting ultra-long-range international operations. Directed all flight operations, cabin services, engineering, maintenance, scheduling and third-party service providers. Ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, manufacturer standards, company Safety Management System (SMS), IATA IGOM and international emissions reporting. Recruited, led and developed flight and cabin crews, overseeing all simulator, recurrent and Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP) training. Managed an AUD $11.5 million operating budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency. Implemented Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) and developed operational procedures securing London City Airport Global 7500 5.5° Steep Approach approval. Managed the acquisition, disposal and operational transition of Global 7500, Global 6000 and Global Express aircraft.

Delivered ground, simulator and in-flight instruction for Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR) candidates in accordance with national aviation regulations and approved training standards. Developed and delivered structured training programs covering instrument flight procedures, advanced aircraft systems, multi-engine operations, abnormal and emergency procedures, and Crew Resource Management (CRM). Conducted flight and simulator training, mentoring pilots to develop sound aeronautical decision-making, situational awareness and proficiency in IFR operations. Instructed multinational flight and cabin crews in leadership, communication, situational awareness, threat and error management (TEM), workload management, conflict resolution, stress management and operational risk mitigation. Assessed pilot competency and performance against regulatory and company standards, providing coaching, mentoring and developmental feedback to maintain operational excellence. Promoted a proactive safety culture through the application of Safety Management System (SMS) principles, human performance, risk management and evidence-based operational decision-making.
