Operating global business aviation flights (private/charter) including Oceanic procedures. I support the PIC and other members of our team to make a seamless and safe process for our clients. I undertake maintenance test flights when required, adhering to specific checks. I create airfield briefs for the company, providing crew insight to Cat B & C airfields, aiding crew situational awareness. I am currently the company FDM Manager and also the Flight Safety Officer. Both of these roles have increased my understanding of safety in our industry, as well as providing a confidential contact for crew regarding aspects of safety.

I aid new and experienced pilots on the Challenger 604 simulator at Burgess Hill. This has helped me gain experience quickly due to the exposure of failures and aircraft procedures. It has also given me the opportunity to interact with a large number of people, all with varying experience, which has vastly improved my CRM.

Responsible for the safe and efficient scheduling of aircraft, working closely with our CAMO to ensure that schedules are adhered to and disruption due to maintenance is kept to a minimum. Was the point of contact for Operations Controllers to ask questions relating to their duties and assisting as necessary whilst monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance & company operations. Liaised with clients, personal assistants and crew to ensure that the flight experience runs seamlessly. Daily use of Leon and Centrik software systems, including FTL auditing. Quoted charter trips for clients using Avinode integrated in Leon.

First point of contact at a busy flight school. Taking phone calls and replying to emails in a timely manner to both customers and partners. Maintained aircraft tech logs, maintenance documentation, training records and company accounts accurately.
