Personal Interests
Most people see "20-year educator" and picture someone who only knows lesson plans and dry-erase markers. Pilots and management usually figure it out much faster. Turns out managing 30 teenagers, FAA standards, demanding executives, changing technology, and unexpected turbulence all require the same superpower: staying calm while everyone else is wondering what just happened...then doing it all over again six times before the end of the day. I've built training programs from the ground up, navigated compliance, coordinated large teams, learned new technology at warp speed, and delivered white-glove service to VIP passengers who expect perfection before they ask for it. Whether I'm in a classroom, an FBO, or at 35,000 feet, I believe professionalism is measured by preparation, adaptability, and taking care of people. Life also handed me a challenge bigger than any checkride. After surviving an accident that temporarily left me a quadriplegic, I fought my way back to full mobility and back to work stronger than ever. That experience taught me resilience, perspective, empathy and how to solve problems without losing my sense of humor. When plans change—as they always do—I don't freeze. I adjust, prioritize, and keep moving. I'm equally comfortable discussing FAA Part 91/135 operations, serving a five-course cabin experience, troubleshooting technology, creating training programs, or finding a last-minute solution that keeps the mission on schedule. Looking for a crew member who packs snacks, solves problems, keeps the cabin calm, learns faster than the avionics update, and never forgets that aviation is a team sport? We should probably talk. Blue skies, safe flights, and coffee that's actually hot. ──────────────────────────── CORE ATTRIBUTES Professional Integrity • Absolute Discretion • Safety-First Mindset • White-Glove Service Excellence • Anticipatory Guest Care • Mission-Focused Planning • Calm Under Pressure • Operational Agility • Relationship-Driven • Client Loyalty & Retention • Positive, Engaging Presence • Crew Resource Management (CRM) • Detail-Obsessed Execution • Confidentiality & Trust • Executive & Family Office Support • Flexible & Travel-Ready • Solutions-Oriented • Proactive Problem Solver • Professional Presence • Adaptable to Dynamic Operations • Purpose-Driven Leadership • Collaborative Crew Member • Refined Hospitality • Consistent Follow-Through
