Oversee and supervise team of 5 Flight Supervisors across 4 different Rainier Locations. Indoc, supervise, and evaluate 80+ Part 61/141 instructors while ensuring their compliance with SOPs and FAA standards. Ensure school's compliance with FAA regulations and TSA requirements. Assist in FAA part 141 certification, renewals, and curriculum developments and updates.

Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with Part 61 & 141 regulations. Ensure safe operation of all flights and proper record keeping of all training and endorsements, per federal regulations and company policies. Conducted Cirrus training in accordance with TCI Certification Course.

Completed the Airline Career Pilot Program achieving certifications including Commercial AMEL, CFI, & CFII. Attained advanced knowledge of regulations, airspace, and safety protocols through comprehensive courses. Extensive training in aircraft systems, performance, and weather analysis to ensure safe flight operations. Excelled in time management and workload prioritization to balance flying training and ground school study.
