Began my airline career with United Airlines as a Second Officer on the Boeing 727, advancing to First Officer and ultimately Captain over a ten year career flying the Boeing 727, 737, 757, and 767 on domestic and international routes. Due to furlough in 2009, started with Spirit Airlines in 2011.

23 year retired US Navy Commander with 15 years as an EA-6B instructor pilot, earning every qualification — NATOPS Evaluator, Maintenance Functional Check Pilot, and Landing Signals Officer. Accumulated 4,000+ hours in carrier-based operations across the EA-6B, TA-4J, and T-2B. Earned 3 "Top-Hook" awards and 2 Air Medals.

Worked in Integrated Logistics Support department designing and testing various support equipment for the AirForce B-2 project.
