I have worked on many different types of aircraft and have experience with catering companies and fine food and wine service. I am in compliance and certified with FAA Part 91 and 135. I have eight years of full-time experience with two different Charter 135 companies. Before my work in aviation, I had four years of experience in the yachting industry, handling both private owners and charter guests. My background in hospitality and yachting has prepared me for any situation that might arise. With this clientele, “No” is almost never an appropriate answer to a request.
