Provide exceptional safety, service, and hospitality to passengers traveling on domestic and international flights. Maintain a professional and welcoming cabin environment while anticipating and responding to passenger needs. Apply FAA-mandated safety, security, emergency, and aircraft procedures with confidence and attention to detail. Manage challenging passenger situations using strong communication, professionalism, and conflict-resolution skills. Complete flight logs, passenger action reports, inventory documentation, and other required operational paperwork accurately. Participate in annual recurrent training covering customer service, conflict management, safety and security procedures, emergency response, and new product and service development. Work effectively with diverse teams while maintaining composure and professionalism in fast-paced and changing environments.

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans while following National Healthcare Association (NHA) guidelines and program requirements. Train students in medical assisting procedures, patient care, safety, communication, and professional healthcare practices in accordance to HIPPA standards. Create examinations, worksheets, and educational materials to prepare students for national certification examinations. Monitor student performance, provide feedback, and track progress toward program competencies. Proctor NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) examinations. Maintain a structured, professional learning environment while adapting instruction to individual student needs.
