Oversee maintenance, airworthiness, and flight operations of C208EX Amphibian Fleet. Serve as Second-in-Command on Falcon 50EX corporate operations. Recruit, hire and manage flight crew to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Partnered with Chief Pilot, Director of Maintenance, and executive leadership to ensure safe, legal and efficient Part 135.265 and 135.267 operations. Coordinated with DOT, FAA FSDO, Air Traffic Division, U.S. Coast Guard, Boston Harbor Police, and local/state officials to secure and maintain approval of a seaplane base within the Boston metro area. Supported acquisition and leasing of multiple aircraft, contributing to fleet growth and operational capability. Conducted pilot training and operational standardization in accordance with Part 135 requirements.

Directed business, financial, and flight operations for a 10 aircraft Part 135 fleet across the Northeast and South Florida. Delivered ground and flight training, including 135.293(a)(b), 135.297, and 135.293 proficiency checks. Led implementation and oversight of a company-wide voluntary Safety Management System (SMS) to enhance operational safety and regulatory compliance.

Helped develop initial operating cadre and training program for new fleet aircraft type. Conducted ground/flight instruction and 135.293(a)(b), 135.297, and 135.299 checks for company seaplane pilots.

Operated scheduled and VIP Part 135 flights throughout the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia. Ensured compliance with Part 135.265 and 135.267 duty and rest regulations while maintaining high service standards.

Conducted scheduled and charter Part 135 operations across Southeast Alaska. Maintained strong safety, customer service, and operational reliability in challenging weather and terrain environments.
