• Pilot in Command and right seat duties on alternate flights. • Ensured that all flights were conducted as planned within FAR and Company procedures. • Operational duties included making inputs about fuel loading and planning using the Boeing OPT flight app on IPAD along with Jeppesen Flight Deck Pro also on IPAD. Weight and balance planning consideration 7 aux tanks split forward and aft fuel loading verses weight and balance. • Involved with destination, route, alternate, weather, and aircraft performance planning. • FMS all points were checked on average 10 to 15 points had to be manually added to the FMS with latitude and longitude coordinates. Crew coordination and cross checked for accuracy. • Enroute kept up with FIR boundary contacts and procedures and kept a running tally of GRID MORA in the event of a drift down situation. • On arrival and departure assisted VIP guests with baggage and logistics. Stayed with the aircraft until it was cleaned and parked in a remote location if required. Part 91 VIP Experience • Operated personal BBJ aircraft of one of the elites of Dubai, UAE. • Aircraft used for both business and personal travel. About 85% of the flight time was involved with business travel to Russia, India, China, Borneo, Korea, Canada, Panama and South America. A few personal trips involved flights transporting family from Dubai, UAE to Japan, Hawaii (Honolulu and Hilo) Mexico, Panama, Seattle, and Finland. • Planed, operated and supported flight operations. Assisted in loading and unloading baggage and cargo, cleaning the aircraft, fueling the aircraft, checking and filling oil in the engines, and installing and uninstalling engine covers, pitot covers and landing gear pins. • Assisted in the logistics of getting flight attendants and crew to and from various airports. Loading catering at hotels and stocking the aircraft galley, as well as, unloading dishes and cleaning the galley were also part of my routine. • Essentially, I assisted with whatever needed to be accomplished to make the operation a success. • On call 24/7 working 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. • In addition, at Delta operated many VIP/military/sport team (NFL/MLB) charters.
