Ensure that VistaJet’s standards are maintained from the ground to the air. Build relationships with crew members, clients and FBO staff. Work closely with cabin management in setting expectations and helping cabin hostesses achieve success while flying and on the ground.

Answer radio calls from aircrafts and disseminates information (arrival time/departure time, required services, etc.) to the appropriate departments. Communicate regularly, as necessary, with all departments and aircrafts regarding the coordination of the aircraft’s services. Track aircraft arrivals and departures using Passur Software. Communicate with Customs and Border Patrol regarding international arrivals and departures. Maintain accurate records of all aircraft arrival and departure information. Establish and maintain solid professional relationships with all aircraft Pilots. Generate daily and monthly reports for management and other team members.

Process customer’s transactions and fuel orders. Assisting pilots with airport, landing, and current weather information. Receive aircraft service orders And direct line service personnel as appropriate to accomplish service requests in accordance with the customer service manual. Other duties assigned.

Planning and organizing activity programs under the supervision of a manager. Setting up activity equipment such as tables, instruments, electronics, etc. Maintaining and cleaning recreation equipment and facilities. Assisting recreation staff in conducting sports, games and activities. Performing administrative tasks such as filling out paperwork and answering telephones.

Acted as an accurate and courteous source of information for passengers, taking immediate steps to initiate service recovery when needed. Ability to enforce policy and procedure in an audience appropriate manner. Developed skill sets, including good judgment, exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to proudly and knowledgably represent the JetSmarter brand. Identified opportunities to increase member satisfaction. Managed collection and storage of any JetSmarter owned objects and/or equipment utilized at assigned FBOs or aircraft. Responsible for ensuring members arrive and depart safely, fashionably and on time. Responsible to train, master and perform various roles including Boarding Agent, Experience Agent and Shift Lead. As the Boarding Agent, the GXR is responsible for: Greeted members, checked them in for their flight and assisted with luggage handling and escorted passengers to the aircraft prior to departure.

Checked import/export documentation to determine cargo contents, and classify goods into different fee or tariff groups, using a tariff coding system. Contacted vendors and/or claims adjustment departments in order to resolve problems with shipments, or contact service depots to arrange for repairs. Determined method of shipment, and prepared bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents. Estimated freight or postal rates, and record shipment costs and weights. Kept records of all goods shipped, received, and stored. Negotiated and arranged transport of goods with shipping or freight companies. Notified consignees, passengers, or customers of the arrival of freight or baggage, and arranged for delivery.
