Conducted complex, single-pilot flight operations into remote mountainous and unimproved airstrips for humanitarian organizations. Performed routine maintenance on fleet aircraft. Oversaw the safety department by developing an SMS, writing policy, and conducting company wide audits.

Founded 501c3 non-profit organization. Oversaw all company operations including the development and implementation of the non-profit's mission. Conducting quarterly board meetings presenting mission strategy, success, vision and recruitment strategies. Developed a network of pilots across the U.S., overseeing checkout and currency requirements.
