Selected to operate the aircraft owned by the majority and minority company principals. Conduct domestic and international flight operations under FAR Part 91 and 135. Directly responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of flights to which assigned. As appropriate, assists in oversight and management of flight operations.

Conduct domestic and international flight operations under FAR Part 91, 91K, and 135. Directly responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of flights to which assigned. As appropriate, assists in oversight and management of flight operations.

Under general direction, conducts quality flight and ground instruction required in ATD Flight Systems' pilot programs under FAR Part 61 and FAR Part 141. Participates in standardization training for each course that is taught and piece of equipment used in instruction; maintains flight proficiency for each course that is instructed; adheres to all FAA regulations and departmental policies and procedures. Submits requests for stage checks upon completion of each stage of flight training with authorized stage check instructors; ensures that all flight lessons and flight books are completed before request for stage check.

Conducts quality flight and ground instruction required by FAR Part 61. Developed lesson plans and conducted ground training sessions covering aircraft systems including normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
