Conducts mission planning and preparation ensuring aircraft and crews are prepared, manned, and equipped for aeromedical evacuation missions. Manage the loading/unloading of patients into/out of aircraft to ensure timely departures. Coordinate with crew members, ramp personnel, hospital staff, passengers, and the operational control center when weather or other extenuating circumstances prevent on-time departures or arrivals.
