Responsible for the safety of customers, crew, cargo, airframe and extensions throughout the realm of aircraft movement Perpetual updating and implementation of company SOPs Maintaining technical aviation knowledge, to include: flight skills and flight guidance procedures, aircraft systems, aircraft limitations, aircraft MEL allowances, aircraft checklist, aircraft maintenance status Flight planning, to include: Route planning, weather forecasting and briefings, fuel planning, go/No go decision making, viability of ground and satellite navigation sources, feasibility of alternates, knowledge of pertinent NOTAMs Passenger safety and route briefings Proper loading and unloading of passengers, cargo and/or luggage Procurement and restocking of aircraft supplies

Responsible for the safety of customers, crew, cargo, airframe and extensions throughout all realms of aircraft movement Captain of CRJ 200/700/900 and EMB-145 for Part 121 operator flying domestic and international routes Responsible for the coordination and safety of operations, management of aircraft services, compliance of all crew members, passengers, ground personnel, and airship while conducting 121 commercial flights in accordance with, but not limited to the following items: Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft with an acumen of systems and functionality to apply any changes required for continued operations Perform and/or verify proper pre/post flight inspections are completed in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual and company standard operating procedures Perform a complete check of weather and weather facilities along intended route to be flown and airports to be used, including alternate airports Ensure each flight is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by my employer and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
