Oversee all maintenance, inspections, repairs and modifications in accordance with FARS and manufacturers' recommendations on all company owned aircraft. Train new technicians in all aspects of job including maintenance documentation, equipment use, safety and APU/engine operation. Advised on problems with maintenance, service, and inspection of aircraft. Used technical data to diagnose and solve maintenance problems on aircraft systems. Troubleshot and maintained aircraft structures, systems and components. Managed the refurbishment of 2 C-130E aircraft including complete replacement of all cargo compartment interior items, new exterior paint, open fuel cell maintenance and weight and balance report for delivery to the new Iraqi Air Force. Selected by squadron management to serve as flying crew chief for multiple presidential support missions including Central America. Awards and Decorations include AF Commendation Medal, AF Achievement Medal with one oak leaf cluster, BMT Honor Graduate Ribbon and National Defense Service Medal.
