Team lead for the $610M US/NATO joint CNS/ATM compliant glass cockpit upgrade program (DRAGON). Planned and directed Air Combat Command (ACC) and Pacific Command (PACAF) E-3 flight crew training.

Provided oversight of flying training academics, weather, and airfield support. Managed $2.1M squadron budget. Led 8-person flight providing weather forecasting and observations to support wing flying operations and base weather alert. Conducted student pilot flight training, emergency procedures sessions, and tracked student gradebooks for accuracy.

Planned and scheduled flight crew training flights and deployment crews. Deployed in support of 3 major operations.
