Acquired in-depth knowledge of the daily operations at the Flight Training Center and gained valuable experience in the development of regulatory and policy changes, from initial stages to the implementation of standard operating procedures.

Delivered Delta products, services, brand image, and compiled with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. Selected for the Onboard Leadership role for international flights, managing safety and service for up to 300 people with a team of 10 flight attendants.
