Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe operation of the Legacy 650 in accordance with Isle of Man regulations and company SOPs. Ground School Instruction: Leading and engaging classroom sessions on aircraft systems, performance, weight and balance, and cockpit resource management (CRM). Written exam average student score: 95% Simulator Instruction: Conducting flight training in Level D Full Flight Simulators (FFS). Creating, managing, and debriefing complex scenarios according to training syllabus, including emergency procedures and abnormal operations. Curriculum Development: Assisting in preparing and updating training materials to keep up with evolving regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, ANAC... and client needs (airlines, private flight departments, charter operators across five continents). Participated in the writing and updating of the Embraer Legacy Pilot Training Manual with the Saint Louis Lead Center. Trainee Evaluation: Measuring trainee progress, providing honest, constructive feedback and recommending clients for qualification or remedial training. Administrative: Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring all regulatory paperwork is completed with utmost accuracy.
