Oversees company training curriculum, development, and delivery; Instruct pilots and flight attendants according to 14 CFR 91 & 135 regulations; Owns training program manual to include: Updates, rewrites, revisions, and compliance with 14 CFR 135 regulations; Assists with tracking pilot records and monthly audits

Support the Director of Operations with LOA submissions and adding aircraft to D085; Coordinate AR/GUS, Wyvern, EJM, and other 3rd Party audits, including closing open items; Keeping GOM, MELs, SOPs, and company processes up-to-date; Technical publications tracking for company; Supporting Director Air Carrier Safety with SMS and ERP manuals; Provide training to new hires on subjects; Running ERP Drills/Tabletops

CASS (Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System) Manager, including the internal auditing and analysis of the program’s effectiveness; MEL writing, submission, and tracking; Building reports to analyze flight crew schedules; Assisting with outside vendor audits (Wyvern, ACSF, ARGUS, etc.)
