Responsible for preparation of lesson plans and progression in student training and proficiency. Responsible for marketing, admin, finance and student allocation.

Training and managing line service and front desk staff in associated duties and safety while working on an aircraft ramp. Fueling, towing and customer service for passengers and pilots. Managing flight ops Scheduling for the school. Responsible for aircraft readiness and student currency before flight training. Test center supervisor for PSI FAA written exams. Includes coordinating with instructors and maintenance.

Responsible for the readiness of aircraft needed for training, as well as the equipment for students. The test center associated with the flight school also falls underneath my duties and the proctoring and maintenance is my responsibility.

The head of training for line service at the FBO. Responsible for the wellbeing and training of line servicemen and front desk personal.

Staging and Cleaning Boats for members; Assistant supervisor

Responsible for the on-time readiness of watercraft based on customer demand. On site supervisor who directed the priority and training for dockmasters at the location.

Aircraft fueling for Delta, American Airlines, and other charters from KMLB; Fueling and safety training of new crew members.

Responsible for the timely fueling of commercial operators at the Orlando Melbourne International Airport. The training and managing of fueling staff as necessary to meet the need of Delta, American and Sun Country airlines was my responsibility.

Aircraft servicing, towing and fueling; Customer service; Ramp supervisor for team & over 120 aircraft at KORL.
