• Coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure aircraft airworthiness and on-time dispatch for Part 135 charter operations • Monitor and control MELs, CDL items, and deferred maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations • Manage AOG situations by troubleshooting discrepancies, coordinating with technicians and vendors, and minimizing operational impact • Review aircraft logbooks, maintenance releases, and corrective actions for accuracy and regulatory compliance • Communicate maintenance status clearly with pilots, dispatch, and management • Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events with internal and external maintenance providers • Ensure compliance with company maintenance programs, ADs, SBs, and inspection intervals • Maintain accurate records within maintenance tracking software

• Lead day-to-day aviation operations, overseeing aircraft scheduling, crew coordination, maintenance planning, and dispatch activities. • Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations, company SOPs, and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements. • Coordinate with maintenance providers to ensure aircraft airworthiness, minimize downtime, and control maintenance costs. • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, safety, and service delivery. • Manage and mentor operations staff, dispatchers, and support personnel, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution and high client satisfaction. • Monitor operational KPIs, prepare management reports, and recommend process improvements.

• Prepare and release flights in accordance with regulatory requirements and company SOPs. • Monitor flights in real time, providing operational support for weather deviations, delays, and irregular operations. • Liaise with maintenance, ground handlers, fuel providers, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations. • Review weather, NOTAMs, and airspace restrictions to assess operational risk. • Support post-flight documentation. • Communicate professionally with flight instructors and customers to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
