Experienced in training applicants for (PPL, IRA, CAX, CFI, CFII) in both aircraft (C172/PA28) as well as simulators (FRASCA AATD). I have worked with many different students/personalities and can proudly mention I have never had a student request a different instructor throughout any programs I have led. I'm regularly requested by students who enjoy working with me, creating a friendly atmosphere where we can collaborate and learn together. I focus on making each student feel appreciated and supported in reaching their goals. Have managed and problem solved items as small as scheduling to as large as hour correction and program management.

Helped plan and execute large weekly public events. Led discussion groups and team building exercises, as well as involved with public speaking and human relations on a consistent basis.
