• Assist the Captain with comprehensive flight planning, including weather analysis, NOTAM review, fuel planning, weight & balance, and runway performance calculations specific to the Falcon 2000. • Conduct exterior preflight inspections, verify aircraft documentation, coordinate fueling, and ensure overall aircraft readiness in accordance with SOPs and MEL requirements. • Configure and manage the Honeywell Primus EASy II avionics suite, including FMS initialization, route entry, SID/STAR programming, VNAV setup, and performance data input. • Calculate and verify TOLD data and ensure accurate performance entries for all phases of flight. • Perform primary ATC communications and manage guidance panel selections, automation modes, and flight director inputs as directed by the Captain. • Monitor aircraft systems, pressurization, fuel management, and engine indications throughout all phases of flight. • Support sterile cockpit discipline, checklist discipline, and CRM best practices in a two-pilot turbine environment • Coordinate ground services, FBO arrangements, catering, and passenger needs to ensure a seamless client experience
