Coordinate all maintenance, cleaning, and client requests with Skyshare SkyOps team. FlightSafety International trained/ part 135 checkride passed with Pro Card 2.1.2025.

All duties of Captain, including owner relations- provisioning / catering / ground transportation, cleaning, loading, and unloading aircraft. Preflight, Fuel, Flight Plan, execute trips as smoothly and efficiently as possible for maximum client comfort and CRM efficiency. International flights- Canada and Mexico- Customs, flight planning, client coordination, EAPIS, etc. Act as SIC / crew on EMB505 and PC24- All duties of SIC, including client relations, provisioning, cleaning, CRM.

Train pilots, CFI / CFII / MEI in Piper Archer, Seminole, and TAA Archer aircraft. Conduct End of Course flight reviews for PPL-MEI students. Conduct CFI proficiency check flights, and Stage Check flights for all students.

Taught PC12 ground school / company Indoc for multiple new hire classes, in addition to all duties of Part 135 SIC. Assist with training new PIC / SIC on 4 different Avionics Suites (Honeywell Apex NG / NGX, Honeywell PC12 / 45, Garmin suite). Flights through / to some of the busiest airspace and most challenging airports in the US, including LAX, SFO, SAN, EGE and ASE.

Store Manager, promoted to Multi Unit Manager in July 2016, Area Trainer in November 2016, Region 6 Trainer in May 2017, Center of Excellence Corporate Trainer in January 2018 for Regions 6 and 10 (48 stores across 6 states), and Region 6 Regional Manager for Utah / Idaho / South Dakota in April 2018. Analyzed KPI reports for trends and opportunity areas on a store-by-store basis. Trained in store leaders and associates in inventory control procedure, product knowledge, brand standards, and daily operations. Led 19 locations across 4 brands in 3 states to success as RM, 48 stores across 6 states to training excellence as Regional Trainer. Oversaw 5 store grand openings, 4 remodels, all staffing, hiring, and engagement with these stores. #1 RM in North America Sales to prior year for 2019.
