Completed initial indoctrination and aircraft systems training. Trained in CRM, SOP adherence, and airline operational procedures. Participated in simulator and ground school instruction in a Part 121 environment. Learned FAA compliance and onboard customer service protocols.

Passed 38 students with Gold Seal pass rate in 141 and 61 training environment (99% pass rate). Teach students to become private, instrument, commercial and CFI levels with proper flight procedures, aircraft operation, navigation, aerodynamics, and emergency reactions through a combination of simulator and live flight training. Ground instruction covers regulations, meteorology, and aircraft systems. Maintains detailed records of students progress and training sessions. Serves as a role model for students and help other instructors. Monitors and assess' students' operations and emergency procedures. Signs off students initial solo. Proctors FAA Knowledge tests, lead, mentor, and instruct students in simulator, live flight and classroom environments. Coordinate and execute student instruction schedules.
