Lead aircrews in mission planning, navigation, and in-flight situational awareness to support safe and efficient flight operations. Perform aircrew coordination duties, including communications monitoring, visual scanning, and checklist support during flight missions. Contribute to operational safety by helping manage workload, maintaining mission documentation, and supporting Crew Resource Management (CRM) practices.

Coordinate student and instructor flight schedules. Dispatch all Horizon aircraft following company policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance and safety. Manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow, including the handling of all transient aircraft.
