Lead team of 35 Total Force Command and Control professionals in the Department of Defense's biggest Air Operations Center integrating 1,100 military and commercial aircraft for more than 300 worldwide sorties per day, providing airlift, air refueling, special operations, and aeromedical support to the nation.

Responsible for all aspects of contract management, including proposal development, risk management and mitigation, compliance, scope development, transactional pricing, negotiations, stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.

Managed acquisition requirements, contracts, and funding on behalf of the 67th Cyberspace Wing Contract Office.

Led 20-250 member teams to deploy and equip Contingency Response Element for Joint Chief contingencies and crisis responses, while overseeing budgets between $250K-$1M. Trained members to establish and conduct operations immediately upon arrival to forward operating zones.

Delivered subject matter expertise on complex logistical transfer of high value equipment and personnel. Analyzed field data in support of Higher Headquarter and identified efficiencies to enhance future organizational policies and procedures.

Lead Instructor for 400+ Wing aircrew members in Special Operation Air Refueling operations and procedures. Developed, coordinated, and executed classified aerial refueling missions.

Directed global navigation of the 52.2-million-dollar weapon system. Conducted complex in-flight rendezvous in varied flight conditions with over 30 different Department of Defense, and allied receiver aircraft for conventional and tactical operations.
