As a managing flight instructor I was responsible to over see student training and development. I conducted multiple stage checks and progress evaluation. I also conducted mock checkrides to ensure the students were on track to pass their checkride. I was also responsible for schedule checkrides and working with dispatch for aircraft relocation. I also worked closely with various Designated pilot examiners to ensure we provided the best training possible.
