Selected to establish and lead a U.S.-registered Gulfstream G550 operation for the aircraft owner's company, supporting a complex cross-border ownership and tax structure spanning Europe, the United States, and Brazil. Built the operating framework from initial implementation through ongoing operations. Now serve as Lead Captain, accountable for regulatory compliance, supplier strategy and contracts, maintenance planning and oversight, international flight logistics, and crew leadership. Lead day-to-day operations to deliver safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-conscious missions across three continents.

Operated Airbus A320 aircraft in a high-density, multicultural environment across East Asia, including Japan, South Korea, China, Vietnam, and Taiwan. Conducted corporate aviation operations supporting a high-intensity rail logistics business. Managed pilot scheduling, maintenance coordination, and operational oversight within a small team. Led the development and implementation of SOPs and operational standardization, introducing airline-level safety and efficiency practices. Operations included Learjet 45 and King Air C90 aircraft across diverse airfields, from unpaved strips to major airports. Built a solid operational foundation flying King Air aircraft to diverse airfields, including remote and unpaved strips.

Joined during the airline's early growth, contributing to fleet introduction and the development of its operational framework. Served on a small team responsible for developing and implementing SOPs for the Embraer 190 fleet. Served as an ATR Type Rating Instructor and simulator instructor, conducting simulator sessions and supporting pilot standardization. Worked as a Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) analyst in the Safety Department, analyzing flight data to support safety and operational performance.
