Sole Functional Check Flight (FCF) training pilot on Elmendorf AFB. Responsible for ensuring compliance and currency for 26 pilots and 138 total training events; solely responsible for keeping all of Alaska's most experienced F-22 pilots current and qualified per USAF Regulations.

Built and deployed templated documentation platforms to streamline FAA certification packages. Leveraged AI to automate compliance workflows, reducing consultation cost and time for clients. Expanding support for Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) compliance and operators for enterprise customers.

Completed a rigorous Part 135 Certification process during a period of evolving FAA guidance and process changes. Manages FAA compliance, coordination and SMS processes as Co-Owner and Accountable Executive. Leading company scope expansion into Basic Part 135 operations and broader commercial offerings.

Selected to lead 7-member Standardization and Evaluation Division for all Operational Group F-22 activity. Hand-picked to plan and execute the “William Tell" Air Superiority Competition; managed a $4.5M budget in a constrained Government fiscal environment. Provided direct instruction, oversight, and evaluation of F-22 student-pilot performance and progression.

Supported joint and coalition theater operations during real-world contingency missions. Advised on partner-nation coordination, deconfliction, and asset utilization.

Instructed, evaluated, and graduated 120+ pilots at the F-22 Formal Training Unit (FTU). Voted Top Instructor by 3x graduating classes; Awarded IP of the Quarter (Q4 2022).

Consistently ranked in top 10% of USAF Officers. Recognized as 3rd Operational Group Flight Lead of the Year. Led air dominance missions & deterrence patrols near Russian airspace and POTUS TFR support in Alaska.
