Provide elite level service to private clients flying throughout the United States FAR Part 91. Ensure aircraft owners & their families enjoy stress-free travel while maintaining good rapport & ensuring a positive experience. Assist aircraft owners with special requests and ensure an exceptional flight experience by remaining attentive to changing needs. Brief passengers on weather, forecasted turbulence, flight schedule, and any unique conditions that may affect travel plans. Consistently provide tailored customer service by directly communicating with passengers about specifics for each flight.

Perform in-patient, out-patient, and emergency/time critical CT scans for patients at a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center. Review patient lab work to ensure no physical conditions or medications will adversely react with CT contrast fluid. Confirm CT Scan orders to ensure the ordered imaging will provide doctors with the intended information/desired results. Utilizes scan images to produce 3-D reconstructions of bone and soft tissue to assist in the development of treatment plans. Completed CPR & Basic Life Support training every 90 days, demonstrating proficiency and maintaining up to date knowledge.

Conducted single-pilot flights under FAR Part 91 for shared ownership clients flying throughout the United States and Mexico. Developed flight plans, placed fuel orders, calculated weight & balance/performance numbers, & studied weather/NOTAM data. Analyzed and mitigated risk at high elevation/mountainous airfields such as Aspen (ASE), Eagle (EGE), and Telluride (TEX). Coordinated with the operational control team to obtain trip details regarding dates, client, passenger manifest, and destination. Demonstrated workload management and situational awareness skills while flying as single pilot in high density airspace systems. Delivered training to new hire pilots via observation flights. Taught aircraft limitations, avionics, and company procedures.

Developed a three-pilot shared ownership agreement to facilitate time/experience building and the completion of training goals. Assisted in creating a financial agreement regarding operating costs and outlining shared costs versus individual expenses. Accomplished light maintenance tasks allowed by the FAR AIM, making appropriate aircraft logbook entries as needed. Planned flights to unfamiliar airports in a variety of airspaces/conditions to expand operating experience and gain confidence.

Accepted 3-month contracts to perform CT Scans/X-rays at understaffed community hospitals and Level 1-3 trauma centers. Quickly developed proficiency on unfamiliar equipment. Performed fluoroscopy during surgeries, providing video x-ray imaging.
