Responsible for management of 3 person flight department. Supervisor for Captain and maintenance coordinator. Manage owner travel travel requests and needs, oversee daily operations, approve maintenance needs through maintenance coordinator, prepare annual budget, manage and approve expenses, coordinate and schedule training, approve contracts and service agreements and act as pilot in command.

Managed a PC24 two pilot account. Responsible for client aircraft scheduling, lead pilot, ensuring aircraft maintenance was scheduled and performed per manufacturers guidelines. Reviewed and approved expenses, created annual budget and responsible for maintaining all aircraft manuals and logbooks. Acted as lead pilot and PIC on flights as assigned.

SIC for 135 charter operations. Travelled to to assigned aircraft location from home base in Tampa. Left position when Solairus recruited me for aviation department manager for new client with G200.

Managed part 91 flight department for 7 years with the last three as 91/135 charter under Delta Private Jets/Wheels Up certificate as a charter managed aircraft employed by the aircraft owner. Made aircraft available, approved schedule and flew charter flights through DPJ/Wheels Up when owner was not using aircraft. Managed all aspects of 2 person flight department including budgeting, approving expenses and tracking, coordinating and supervising maintenance.

Flew as co-captain on CE750, CE560, BE400 and BE90 as assigned. Responsible for flight department operations reporting to chief pilot. Duties included coordinating aircraft scheduling with administrative assistant for attorney travel, assignment of crew for flights, maintain subscriptions, update aircraft POH, review and maintain aircraft flight logs, prepare aircraft and crew usage reports and provide financial forecasting reports for new aircraft under consideration.
