Provide troubleshooting scenarios and recommendations based on experience and data provided by numerous sources which could include Component Maintenance Manuals, Vendor Design Specifications, Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Alert Customer Bulletins, Customer Bulletins, Aircraft Service Changes, FAA Airworthiness Directives, Blueprints, SMARTeam and CATIA data, Vendor Drawings, Fault Isolation Manuals, myCMP Diagnostics Direct, Computerized Maintenance Program Data and Corridor Work Orders. Assist flight crews with complex inflight systems anomaliesi and in flight emergencies acting as a single point of contact while enlisting the support of Engineering, Flight Operations or other Technical Operations Specialists. Act as a liaison between the Customer and Service Engineering to resolve non-standard maintenance discrepancies by opening Corridor work orders through the Request For Assistance process.

Coordinate and assign job tasks to Senior Technicians during the inspection, repair and servicing of a Gulfstream G550, GV, and a Dassault Falcon 2000EX comprised fleet during my tenure. Complete and review airframe and engine logs on all company owned aircraft to retain value and ensure all AD’s and bulletins are up to date. Coordinated and performed all line maintenance, calendar due items and repairs to Gulfstream GIII S/N; 390. Set up all required tooling, office and support equipment for a newly formed private flight department. Interfaced with vendors and set up accounts and procured parts in a cost effective manner. Responsible for annual maintenance budgets in excess of $500,000.00. Maintained log books and records to enhance the value of the aircraft. Negotiations with vendors net $100,000.00 yearly savings.

Coordinated and performed all maintenance on assigned Gulfstream GV aircraft, serial number 595. Performed logbook entries and ensured that all maintenance, service bulletins and service changes were kept current. Required to perform maintenance on other company owned aircraft including Gulfstream GIIB; Learjet model 31 and 60; Dassault Falcon 50; BAC1-11; Cessna - 208 and Cessna - 210.
