Personal Interests
The best parts of my childhood were spent traveling with my parents while they did field research as biologists. Waking up at "Oh-dark-thirty" (as my dad would say) to fly to the British Virgin Islands or South Caicos to do wildlife study was the highlight of every year. Airports and flight were the gateway to adventure, and I lived for that experience. Aviation is the most special way to see the world, and whether as crew or customer I get excited every time I set off for someplace new. While not flying, I enjoy stepping away from the thrum of engines and get lost outdoors or invest myself in a project in the barn. My parents raised me to be curious and to be handy, and exercising those inclinations gives me joy.
