Responsible for assisting clients by educating them on the components/capabilities of Apple prdt. Ensure customers choose the correct Apple inventory tailored specifically to their wants and need Troubleshoot clientele product with various issues & malfunctions and offer educational seminars Ensure clientele have a good understanding of product purchase during check-out phases of visits
