PIC Duties for Part 135/91 charter operations. Hawker 800/900XP. Responsible for the safe operation of aircraft, crew and passengers. Extensive planning to ensure safe and effective crew management. Ensure compliance with the FAA rules and regulations and company policies and procedures.

PIC Duties for Part 135 and scheduled service on the EMB-145. Responsible for the safe operation of aircraft, crew and passengers. Extensive planning to ensure safe and effective crew management. Ensure compliance with the FAA rules and regulations and company policies and procedures.

Pilot duties for 135/91K operations on the Citation Encore Plus. Provide safe flight operations in accordance with the FAA rules and regulations. Providing exemplary customer service to aircraft owners.

Extensive planning to ensure efficient and effective crew management. Part Time Employment. SIC pilot for the Dassault Falcon 900LX Easy 2 program. DFW Airport, TX. Provide SIC pilot duties for students on the Falcon flight training program.

Part 121 operations. Second In Command duties flying the CRJ-700 (MTOW 75000lbs) for United Airlines and Delta Airlines. Provide a safe operating environment with emphasis on crew resource management (CRM). Excellent EFIS and FMS experience.

Investigate animal abuse and cruelty violations in 8 counties. Gather evidence for prosecution in criminal and civil proceedings. Prepare case files for court and obtain seizure warrants for animals that are abused or cruelly treated. Undercover operations relating to prosecuting puppy mills, dog fighting and cock fighting.

DBA Iron Horse Bar and Grill. My duties include supervision of managers and employees, direct oversight of operations and maintaining business records. Hiring of employees and maintaining employee records. Monitoring profit and loss statements, cost analysis and directing operations to increase revenue and reduce loss. Advertising and public relations, maintaining a good working relationship with government entities and ensuring all permits and licenses are current. Sold business in 2010.

Primary focus of investigations were related to drugs, alcohol, gambling, prostitution and organized crime. Conduct employment back ground checks. Conduct complex criminal investigations, compile evidence and prepare and present cases to the District Attorney for prosecution. Complete complex subterfuge investigations regarding financial dealings and ownership rights to identify and prosecute fraudulent business practices and money laundering operations. Work under cover and conduct surveillance operations to identify and prosecute crimes relating to violations of the Alcoholic Beverage Code, the Texas Penal Code and the Health and Safety Code.

Enforce the Texas Penal Code, Transportation Code, Health and Safety Code and other city and state laws. Respond to public complaints and take investigative reports regarding violations of the law. A first responder to all emergencies and crimes. Patrol duties to detect and deter crime. Specialty assignments and training: 8 years as a K9 handler and trainer. Trained police K9s and maintained certification by the United States Police Canine Association. Certified police K9 for patrol/officer protection and narcotic detection. Narcotics interdiction officer. 8 years as a SWAT operator (Tactical Unit). Certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). Field training officer.
